America's wild horses do not belong to either the BLM or the U.S.Forest Service. Nor do the public lands that these horses live on. The land and the horses belong to no one person or government agency, they belong to every American. The American people pay for the "management" or in too many cases "mismanagement" of the horses and the land with our tax dollars. However, our input is ignored while the public lands ranchers aka welfare ranchers seem to have control of what happens to OUR horses and OUR lands. The BLM and U.S. Forest Service appear to be the agencies and employees of only the welfare ranchers. Laws are being broken and nothing is being done. WHY?
