As we build our case for preserving the freedom of the Heber Wild Horses we have been advised by our legal team to obtain copies of all correspondence including emails, currently being sent to the US Forest Service, the Department of Agriculture, etc, as well as copies of any letters you have already sent. These letters will be kept in a confidential file that will be introduced as evidence in court if necessary to prove the public's overwhelming support for the horses' freedom. We will also send them en masse to the Forest Service once the comment period officially begins to ensure each letter is addressed in their response. Any correspondence received outside the comment period does not require a response and we want to make certain that each letter receives the time and attention it deserves.
We ask that you send copies of your past letters and carbon copy your future correspondence to this address: [email protected]
